Process

Four Steps, From Your File To Finished Parts

Every project follows the same routine. It keeps the engineering decisions in front of the machining, so problems are raised before parts are cut.

How An Order Runs

One photo and one short note per step.

Step 2 — engineering review and manufacturability checkIllustrative image
01

Drawing Review

We check your file, confirm what can be made, and tell you the lead time — or explain plainly what cannot be done.

What you send

  • 3D or 2D file (STP, IGS, STL, DWG)
  • Material and finish
  • Quantity
  • Key dimensions

What you get

  • Confirmation of material, process and quantity
  • Lead time we can commit to
  • Notes on anything not practical as drawn
Step 5 — machining and printingIllustrative image
02

In-Process Inspection

Key dimensions are measured during machining and the results are kept on record. Anything outside the drawing is discussed first.

What you send

  • Released drawing with critical features marked
  • Any special inspection request

What you get

  • Measurements recorded during production
  • A call before anything is reworked
Step 6 — surface finishingIllustrative image
03

Finishing

Sanding, painting, silk printing, laser engraving, anodising and bonding — only the steps written in the quotation.

What you send

  • Colour reference (RAL / Pantone) if painting
  • Artwork for printing or engraving

What you get

  • Finished surface as specified
  • No extra steps added without agreement
Step 8 — packing and deliveryIllustrative image
04

Delivery As Agreed

Parts are packed for export and shipped on the schedule we confirmed, with the inspection record included.

What you send

  • Delivery address and preferred carrier

What you get

  • Export packing and tracking number
  • Self-inspection record with the parts
Step 7 — inspection and reportIllustrative image

How Accuracy Is Handled

Key dimensions are checked one by one during machining and kept on record. If something falls outside your drawing, we talk to you before deciding what to do next.

Speed & Response

  • Drawings or samples accepted; single pieces are welcome
  • Urgent orders can be scheduled ahead
  • Pearl River Delta: enquiry today, sample the next day
  • Progress and any exception reported early, not at the deadline

Accepted File Formats

STEP / STP IGES / IGS STL DWG / DXF PDF Native (SolidWorks, UG, Creo)

Your Files Stay Yours

Drawings and 3D models are used for your job only, never passed on or reused. An NDA can be signed on request, and files are deleted or returned after delivery — we do not keep them for display.

What Slows A Project Down

  • Files without units or scale (state mm or inches)
  • Tolerances applied to every feature by default
  • Material or colour still undecided at release
  • Drawing and 3D model that do not match
