Prototype Model Manufacturing

Appearance, structural and functional prototypes built from your 3D data.

Prototype model parts for appearance and functional validationIllustrative image

Service Overview

A prototype is the fastest way to check whether a design looks right, fits and works before tooling. We build it from your 3D file or drawing by machining, printing or casting — whichever suits the part.

Typical Applications

  • Appearance models for design review
  • Fit and assembly checks before tooling
  • Functional test samples
  • Display and exhibition models

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work from a sketch or photo?
Yes, with key dimensions or a scale reference. Without CAD we quote a modelling step first.
Will it look like the final product?
Appearance can be matched closely through paint and texture, but a prototype is not identical to a tooled production part.
Can you assemble and test it?
Yes on request — tell us what needs testing so we can plan fixtures and time.

Send us your drawing and we will come back with a quote

Upload a 3D file, a drawing or even reference photos with dimensions. We review manufacturability before quoting.
