Service Overview

CNC machining cuts parts from solid material, so you get real material properties and tight fits without tooling investment. We machine one-offs and repeat batches in metals and engineering plastics.

Typical Applications

  • Functional metal prototypes
  • Low-volume production parts
  • Housings, brackets, manifolds
  • Shafts, bushings, flanges

Process Flow

01

DFM review

Tolerances, tool access and threads checked; risks flagged.

02

Programming

CAM toolpaths, workholding and tooling prepared.

03

Machining

Critical features measured during production.

04

Finishing & inspection

Deburred, treated, then checked to drawing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you machine both metal and plastic?
Yes — aluminium, steel, stainless, brass and common engineering plastics. Specific grades are confirmed with your enquiry.
Can you hold tight tolerances?
It depends on material, feature and machine. Send the drawing and we confirm feature by feature instead of quoting a generic number.
Can you work from a sample without a drawing?
Yes, reverse engineering from a physical part is possible; accuracy depends on the sample condition.

Send us your drawing and we will come back with a quote

Upload a 3D file, a drawing or even reference photos with dimensions. We review manufacturability before quoting.
