Prototype Models

Appearance, structural and functional prototypes built from your 3D data.

A prototype is the fastest way to check whether a design looks right, fits and works before tooling. We build it from your 3D file or drawing by machining, printing or casting — whichever suits the part.

  • Appearance models for design review
  • Fit and assembly checks before tooling

CNC Machining

Milled and turned metal and plastic parts made from your drawings.

CNC machining cuts parts from solid material, so you get real material properties and tight fits without tooling investment. We machine one-offs and repeat batches in metals and engineering plastics.

  • Functional metal prototypes
  • Low-volume production parts

Vacuum Casting

Silicone-mould copies of your master pattern, 10 to 200 pieces.

A silicone mould is taken from your master pattern, then parts are cast in a vacuum chamber. It suits the stage after the design is fixed, when you need a batch of identical parts before tooling exists — consistency from piece to piece is better than machining each one separately.

  • Pilot runs before production tooling is made
  • Assembly trials and fit checks with real materials

Jigs, Fixtures & Tooling

Assembly jigs, inspection fixtures and production aids for your line.

Jigs and fixtures hold and locate a part so an operation repeats accurately. Because we already understand your part, the fixture is designed around the features that actually matter.

  • Assembly jigs
  • Inspection fixtures and gauges

3D Printing

Additive manufacturing for complex geometry and fast iterations.

Printing builds parts layer by layer, so shapes that are impossible or costly to machine — internal channels, organic forms, lattices — can often be made quickly without tooling.

  • Fast concept models during iteration
  • Complex shapes and internal channels

Custom Figures & Collectibles

Character figures and collectibles produced from your artwork.

Figures need a different skill set: the sculpt must survive printing, parts must key together, and the paint has to read at the size the customer sees. We work from a 3D sculpt, character sheets or a physical piece.

  • Original character figures
  • Brand mascots and display figures

Frequently Asked Questions

What files do you need for a quote?
A 3D model (STEP preferred) plus a dimensioned 2D drawing for critical features. Photos with dimensions also work.
Where are you located, and when are you open?
No. 204, Jinyang Road, Zhangyang, Zhangmutou Town, Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Workshop hours are Mon–Fri 08:00–12:00, 14:00–18:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8), closed at weekends.
Do you accept single-piece orders?
Yes — one prototype or fixture is a normal order.
Are my drawings kept confidential?
Files are used only to evaluate and produce your project, and are never published or shared. An NDA can be arranged.
What is the lead time?
Lead time depends on the process, quantity and finishing. Every quotation states the schedule for that specific job, so you know the date before you commit.
Which tolerances can you hold?
Tolerance rangeTBC
Do you ship overseas?
Yes — packed for export, shipped with the carrier you choose, tracking provided.
